For clients who wish to prepare their own grant proposals, we offer review and editing services, providing guidance throughout the application process. In addition to thoroughly reviewing the grant requirements, we will ensure that your proposal meets the highest standards, and that your message is clear, concise, and effective. This is an effective way to build your own confidence as a grant writer and learn from experienced grant professionals.
Grant writing can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to! Grant Writer Etc. provides coaching and mentoring for novice grant writers, shepherding them through the process from prospect identification to award. We serve as a coach, mentor, troubleshooter, and sounding board. Contracts are available in 6 and 12 month commitments. This service is particularly valuable to for novice in-house grant writers or fund development teams who are new to grant-seeking.
Whether you have identified a grant-maker independently, or we have identified one for you, we will work closely with you and your team to create compelling letters of intent (LOI) and grant proposals. If a grant proposal is rejected for any reason we will work with you to conduct follow up with the grant-maker in order to gain understanding of any improvements that can be made.
